The APAGBI and the 2019 Conference Local Organising Committee from the Sheffield Children’s Hospital extends an invitation to join them for the 46th Annual Scientific Meeting. After the recent excellent meetings in Bristol and Liverpool, the Sheffield team are keen to continue the tradition of offering an excellent scientific programme and develop on the recent increase in numbers of delegates and increased interest from those companies who support our specialty.
The successful format of a two stream programme plus small parallel workshops will provide an important CPD update for APAGBI Members and non members as well as trainees at the same time celebrating the advancements in paediatric anaesthesia . Of great importance is the delegates contribution to the programme with the debating of research presented as free papers from colleagues as well as invited speakers – so please plan your abstract submission and attendance now.
The conference is taking over Cutlers' Hall; this magnificent building owned by The Company of Cutlers in Hallamshire and dedicated to maintaining the standards and quality of Sheffield manufactured cutlery and steel products and to promote the name of Sheffield. The Cutlers' Hall is without question a elegant venue steeped in history and grandeur. This impressive Grade II listed building in the heart of Sheffield has excellent transport links and surrounded by a selection of accommodation.
Cutlers' Hall, the city of Sheffield and the APAGBI look forward to welcoming you to the 46th Annual Conference in June 2019
