Neuro-anaesthesia day: Arnolfini

Wednesday 7th June

A pre-conference course provided by APAGBI

What’s so funny ‘bout peace, love and Neuro-anaesthesia? (Not by Elvis Costello).

Come to the Arnolfini in Bristol in June for a fabulous afternoon of talks on topics of great relevance to paediatric neuro-anaesthetists and any trainees who are considering this as a career option.

This half-day programme is designed to enhance the knowledge of any anaesthetist involved in this work with discussions about innovative techniques, progress in neurological interventional radiology, the relevance of the newer anticonvulsant medications and problems in tumour surgery.

This has been organised between the APAGBI and the Paediatric Neuro-anaesthesia Network.

The Arnolfini is a fantastic venue in the heart of Bristol’s docklands and the atmosphere we hope to create will be conducive to learning and help foster the relationships we need to have with colleagues in other centres. It will also enable you to get the relevant external CPD that you need.

In the evening there will be a welcome reception and food in the Bristol Museum, which is the prelude to the APAGBI Annual Scientific Meeting that will be held in the Colston Hall on the two subsequent days.
